🤔How Does The Crew Mode Work?
The Crew Mode in NBA 2K26 lets players form guilds to earn rewards through matches. However, you’re not just gaining points by speedrunning matches. Your Crew will be tasked with specific weekly goals. This can include performing specific moves, shots, and, of course, winning. The more consistently each player completes their goals, the faster you’ll move through the rewards and earn them all! If you need an upgrade for NBA 2K26, we’ve got you covered! Check u7buy.com for more details.
While there are 30 initial levels of rewards to play through, Crews can go beyond the rewards to compete against Crews across the world. Every Crew will have a custom MYPLAYER nameplate. This will allow you to showcase your Crew’s unique logo, name, and level against other players online. These same plates will also appear in the in-game leaderboards, which showcase the best Crews and players worldwide, too. That includes their current levels and top scores!

Now that we’ve gone over all the Crew Mode rewards, leaderboards, and benefits, how do you even begin? Well, you’re going to need other players similar to you to join the Crew. You can make your invites completely open to anyone, or you can restrict them to just your friends in the settings. You can even turn off invites if you decide your Crew size is just where it needs to be.
Below are the simple steps to invite players to your Crew:
- Create a Crew from the MYCAREER menu
- Head to your settings to view the Crew Privacy settings
- Switch the settings to either ‘Open’ or ‘Invite Only’ for public or private Crews
- To invite any player, go near them in The City and use LB + RB (Xbox) or L1 + R1 (PlayStation) to bring up the social menu
- Click on their gamertag and select ‘Invite to Crew’
- To invite friends, join their park, and invite them using the social menu as well
